I am not a vegetarian but as a chef and someone who loves food, I have to say the starter and dessert sound beautiful BUT the main course seems to have alot of BIG flavours, I think with the herb and garlic mushroom AND the Rosemary potatoes there may be an overdose of herbs!! I would suggest leaving the rosemary off the potatoes and concentrating the herbs garlic ect on the mushroom making it a centerpoint of the plate and making everything else simple!! (Defo do the cabbage and sultanas because it sounds so nice).
