Indy 500 post-race traditions(milk-related)?...st… weird or...?

I am not a big fan of pouring the milk over the head. In the old days this did not happen as the winner just drank the milk. In Helio defense at least he makes an effort at swigging the milk unlike emerson fittipaldi who refused the milk after his victory.
