Is Tracy Mcgrady still good?

I remember when i was in 2nd grade and first started watching basketball Tracy Mcgrady was my favorite player. I remember when he used to put up those big 40 point perfrormances and average 28 points a game etc. Do u think he can still put up similar numbers? I know he is older now but i still think that in the right situation he is an 18 points , 6 ists and 5 rebound player . what do you think?
