What's a good brand of eyeliner that wont smear after an hour or longer?

i use secret. i used to use maybeline. both also smudges. i guess it's how you take care of your eyelits when you have eyeliner on. sometimes it's the oil produce by your eyes. then it smudges. or sometimes when you apply a little and you open your eyes really wide, it tends to smudge at the top. your eyelits will have to be stiff haha to not smudge. but if you really wanna try, get liquid eyeliner. my friend uses that and it never smudge! ever. yeah you should try that. ;)
