Would you still work if you had everything you wanted or needed?

After you quit your job, went shopping and sit around for a while then what would you do? Would you do a job for the only incentive being you know it was you that was part of that team? The team could be your family, city/town, country, world. What would it take in a society for people to work without monetary incentive? What would you change to make this happen. Will there be people in your way that want to protect the system that gave them what they wanted or needed?
