Hip pain during pregnancy?

im 13 weeks pregnant, and since 4 weeks iv had really bad pain in my hip whenever i sit on something soft (sofa, bed) with my legs raised, i dont have a problem with walkin or sitting on my office chair, the pain is so bad i would have to be lifted out of bed and i wouldnt be able to put pressure on it for a few minutes, and then it goes!!! has anyone ever had this problem, im terrified it will get worse as the months go on.
