How can I boost my iron back up?

I haven't been eating right, the other night I ate some 3 day old chinese food and a kool-aid a lot of sugar in it, before that, on that same day I had fried shrimps and oysters. Yesterday I feel tired and weak, so I went to sleep for 16 hours, today, I feel weak, my body is aching and a couple of times today I couldn't move? please help me
