Why did the referee call the foul on Monta Ellis when Fisher pulled him down on March 24?

If you watched the Warriors game against the lakers on Monday March 24 the referee called a foul on Monta Ellis when it was 4.0 seconds in overtime. It was not an offensive foul on Monta. Fisher pulled him down.
