With Jim Tracy rallying the Rockies, does anyone think he deserves Manager of The Year Votes?

if they make the playoffs and actually win a series or two then definitely. if they make the playoffs and get blown out then it will be close between him and joe torre. and if they dont make the playoffs then joe torre all the way, best record in baseball people and hes dealing with the manny issue.
