I just went and crashed my car :( How do I cope with the sadness?

Sounds like nobody got hurt. That's something to be happy about. Cars are replaceable. Everybody makes mistakes. I doubt that a person who lost his girlfriend because he was trying to run a farm is lazy. What's done is done, beating yourself up over it only prolongs the misery.
