Is there a way to get rid of bees?

I have looked around my house for a beehive or ANY place (holes in walls etc) where bees could be living but there is nothing. Yet EVERY morning when I wake up there are 1 or 2 bees flying around the inside of my bedroom window! Is there any way to get rid of them OR is there anything I could use to deter them from coming into my house?
