Where can I buy Russian/Chinese cartoons in the US - specifically Vinni Puh?

When I went to Russia several years ago I bought two cartoons that I absolutely LOVED - one was Vinni Puh and another was about a crocodile. I have since lost these DVDs and am rather saddened by that fact. Does anyone know where (besides eBay) I can get Russian or Chinese cartoons on DVDs playable in the US without actually GOING to Russia or China?
